Text: Students are required to be at the intermediate competency level of both primary and secondary weapons prior

to this course. Building team cohesiveness is not something that can be done in a day, however because of its

special insight to high risk operators, Alfa Metal can quickly highlight key learning objectives all team members

need to know. Learn the critical aspects of shoot move and communicate like special operations team member use.

Duration: 6 days

Topics:

Team equipment placement and duplicating.
Physical training

Individual status reporting and team member reaction and response drills.

Command and control, team communications.

Split team and full team concepts.

Basic bounding over watch drills.

Lateral shifting and flanking drills.

Basic Stack and extended formations drills.

Medical team member retrieval and care drills.

Emergency equipment gear on and off drills.

Weapons transitions for advancing or falling back.



Facility : tactical shooting range and polygon



Weaponry : Glock 17, CZ , AK-47/Arsenal/, M4



Ammunition : minimum of 600 rds per person , 9x19mm, Ak-47/Arsenal/- 300 rds, M4- 300 rds



Number of trainees : a minimum of 5 persons is required




Certificate : a Certificate for professional qualification in the profession “Security Officer”, extended

vocational training – “Shooting Preparation” ,

Europass Supplement, recognized in all EU countries + FPOS




Equipment : appropriate clothes due to the weather conditions and season , comfortable shoes,

tactical belt, holster, sport tracksuit/clothes. .




Price of training course : 1 805 EUR per person ( in the price is not included accommodation

and catering services )



The payment can be made by bank transfer, a deposit is required , equal to 30%.
